Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience in seat belt systems or automotive mechanisms.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain seat belt systems across the product lifecycle, from spec to post-SOP maintenance.
• Collaborate with design, BIW, and interior teams to optimize restraint system packages for safety and styling.
• Lead supplier interfaces and manage Tier 1 relationships to meet program timing and design goals.
