You will partner with restraints engineers, suppliers, test teams, purchasing, manufacturing, warehouse operations, and adjacent interior and seating teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience delivering complex, cross-functional programs.
• Automotive industry experience with lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and build executable plans across resources, cost, and timing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with influence without authority.
• Proficiency with project management tools and dashboards; travel may be required.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; equivalent combination may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Program Delivery: Own the integrated Restraints project plan across scope, timing, budget, parts ordering, sub-assembly builds, and validation deliverables.
• Supplier Execution: Drive suppliers to deliver mature components on time and align with milestones.
• BOM and Cost: Track part-number maturity, changes, costs, and tooling impacts; inform budgeting and sourcing.
• Validation Readiness: Translate validation plans into test-part requirements and ensure correct parts are available for testing.
• Risk and Metrics: Identify risks, maintain dashboards and KPIs, escalate issues for timely decisions.
• Cross-Functional Logistics: Coordinate suppliers, engineering, purchasing, warehouse, and manufacturing to ensure compliant material flow.
