Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Engineer, Seatbelts, to own belt-system development from concept through production. You will work with steering wheel and seating teams to define architecture, validate performance, and drive regulatory compliance across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience in seatbelt or restraint systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain seat belt systems across product lifecycles.
• Collaborate with design, BIW, and interior teams for optimum packages.
• Lead supplier interfaces and ensure on-time delivery.
• Support crash and homologation activities with CAE input.
• Define requirements and contribute to design architecture and routing.
