Lucid Motors is seeking a Technical Project Manager within the Restraints Engineering team to oversee the program delivery of safety restraint systems. You will connect supplier development, BOM readiness, engineering changes, cost, parts procurement, logistics, and validation into a single delivery plan.

In this role, you will partner with restraints engineers, suppliers, test teams, purchasing, manufacturing, and adjacent seating/interior teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience in program/project management.
• Automotive industry experience; lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and build executable plans.

Responsabilités

• Own the integrated Restraints project plan across scope, timing, budget, parts ordering, sub-assembly builds, and validation deliverables.
• Drive Restraints suppliers to deliver mature components on time and align with milestones.
• Own planning BOM readiness, part-number maturity, engineering changes, and cost considerations.
• Translate validation plans into test-part requirements and ensure parts are specified and available for testing.
• Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and escalation paths to drive timely decisions and issue closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver safe, compliant domestic and international material flow.
