Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, management, construction management or related field.
• 3-5 years restoration or construction experience, with 2-3 years as Estimator or PM.
• Familiarity with mitigation, environmental services and large-loss projects.

Responsibilities

• Estimating & project oversight from lead to closeout.
• Develop detailed scopes of work using Xactimate and validate with insurers and TPAs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to hand off to production and set budgets and schedules.
• Secure revenue by managing relationships with customers and insurance partners.
• Monitor financial performance, margins, and project payments.
