Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Project Director who will lead emergency services, mitigation, restoration and reconstruction projects from lead through closeout. The role oversees scope development, estimate accuracy, customer communication, financial outcomes, and project direction, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in business, management, construction management or related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years restoration or construction experience.
• 2-3 years experience as an Estimator or Project Manager with water, fire, mold or reconstruction experience.
• Experience handling commercial, industrial, or large-loss projects.
• Familiarity with mitigation, environmental services, reconstruction, industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and oversee projects from lead to closeout.
• Develop detailed scopes of work using Xactimate and validate with insurers/TPAs/owners.
• Ensure adherence to codes, standards, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to handoff to production, create budgets, schedules, and labor strategies.
• Support project management to resolve scope discrepancies and maintain documentation.
• Cultivate relationships with customers, insurers, and referral partners to secure repeat business.
• Meet revenue targets by converting leads to active projects and negotiating terms.
• Manage payment terms, draws, deductibles, progress and final billing; monitor profitability.
