Job summary

360 Fire & Flood is seeking a Project Director to provide strategic leadership and oversight of restoration projects, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery for commercial and residential assignments. You will lead project teams, establish standards, coordinate with executives, estimators, and field crews, and drive performance while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in a technical field, IIRC certifications, 3+ years as Project Director, and

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Project Director.
Experience adhering to OSHA regulations.
Experience in residential construction and safety requirements.
Familiarity with Xactimate software (preferred).
Experience with CRM/project management software.
Knowledge of practices and procedures in water, fire, and mold trades.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee multiple construction projects and project teams simultaneously.
Provide leadership and guidance to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Coordinators.
Establish project goals, execution strategies, and performance expectations.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
Ensure effective cost control and risk mitigation strategies are implemented across all projects.
Participate in contract negotiations, project planning sessions, and executive-level meetings.
Ensure project teams comply with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
