Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead restoration projects with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. You will manage teams, schedules, budgets, and client communications to ensure profitability and compliance across projects.

You will coach staff, coordinate subcontractors, and drive process improvements, leveraging your EH&S and construction standards expertise to keep projects on track and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in restoration/construction or equivalent.
• Experience in water, flood, fire, smoke, mold, and asbestos remediation.
• Safety courses as required for the position.
• Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
