Job summary

Volarify in North Texas (McKinney/Celina/Prosper area) seeks a Senior Estimator to create and manage estimates across residential, commercial, and industrial lines. You will meet with clients, develop accurate estimates using Xactimate, manage projects through completion, and review budgets with clients and management.

Strong Xactimate skills and the ability to write full reconstruction estimates for losses are required; restoration/reconstruction experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction, restoration, or contents estimating.
• Residential estimating on projects > $50,000.
• Commercial estimating on projects up to $100,000.
• Certifications: Level 1 & 2 estimating platform, Xactimate Intermediate.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate scopes with minimal over/under scoping.
• Create floor plans and roof sketches using Xactimate Sketch.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable building codes.
• Adhere to budgets and address overages as they arise.
• Coordinate after-hours emergency services as directed.
• Work with clients, adjusters, and stakeholders to manage projects.
