Job summary

Volarify is seeking an Estimator in Allentown, PA to develop and manage estimates across residential, commercial, and industrial lines. You will meet with clients, prepare quality estimates with Xactimate, manage costs and budgets, and communicate progress to clients and management.

Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and experience with Xactimate Sketch, building codes, and incident reporting. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• English literacy and fluency
• Experience with customer service and client communication
• Ability to work with others and maintain professional interactions

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain local clientele including adjusters, businesses, schools and municipalities
• Create accurate floor plans in Xactimate Sketch
• Work with building codes and budgets, addressing overages
• Adhere to client naming conventions for estimates and proposals
• Maintain schedules and coordinate with trades to complete work on time
• Demonstrate proficiency with decontamination, containment and related services
• Participate in client-sponsored training and achieve Estimator levels as applicable
• Independently manage own work and maintain vehicle readiness
• Complete incident reporting and ensure information is safeguarded
