Job summary

Volarify is seeking an experienced Estimator – Sales in Cuddy, PA. You will create, manage, and execute high-quality estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial projects using Xactimate, while communicating with clients and management.

You’ll coordinate scopes, budgets, and timelines, respond to emergencies, and maintain accuracy across all trades. Join a team that values professionalism and client service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction, restoration, or contents estimating.
• Residential estimates over $50,000 and commercial estimates over $100,000.
• Advanced Xactimate training with certification.
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Xactimate; professional demeanor.
• Ability to work well within a team and maintain professional interactions with co-workers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong referral network in the local area.
• Act as the primary contact for owners, adjusters, and consultants.
• Accurately scope, identify, and estimate site conditions and requirements.
• Develop detailed project scopes, negotiate, and coordinate with customers.
• Use company-standard formatting for all estimates across trades and line items.
• Respond to emergency calls and coordinate after-hours services.
• Identify site hazards and address them in planning.
• Maintain professionalism, timely responses, and strong client relations.
• Attend company training on operations, safety, and Xactimate.
