ServiceMaster Restoration of Wilmington is seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Restoration Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from planning through completion on active sites in the Wilmington area.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and client coordination to ensure timely, quality restoration outcomes, with a hands-on approach across multiple trades.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction management, reconstruction, project management, or construction supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
• OSHA knowledge and safety practices are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and restoration projects from pre-construction through final closeout.
• Oversee daily jobsite operations, subcontractors, crews, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor costs, approve change orders, and track project profitability.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, applicable building codes, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Conduct jobsite meetings, inspections, and project progress reviews.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to keep projects moving and on schedule.
