BELFOR is seeking a Project Manager to lead large restoration and construction projects from West Columbia, SC. You will oversee crews, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring safety, quality, and on-budget delivery for high-profile environments.

Ideal candidates bring experience with complex projects, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams across timelines and client expectations. This role may require travel and after-hours work.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restoration or construction projects on large, high-profile sites.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules, and safety requirements on complex jobs.
• Effective communication with clients, crews, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough understanding of all BELFOR service lines.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee employees and subcontractors in all phases of work.
• Read and manage blueprints and develop restoration plans with estimators.
• Manage projects exceeding $1M and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Maintain daily logs, progress photos, and documentation for project records.
• Coordinate vendor qualification and oversee rate-material projects.
• Adhere to BELFOR invoicing requirements and safety standards.
• Travel as needed for CAT duty and project deployment.
