Job summary

BELFOR Environmental in Austin, TX is seeking a Project Manager with a restoration or construction focus to lead large, complex projects on a regional or national scale. You will support BELFOR Cat teams for hurricane recovery and become a BELFOR estimator in time, driving project success and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong organizational, budgeting, scheduling, safety, and communication skills, with occasional night/weekend work and travel as required to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing complex restoration/construction projects is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret project drawings and blueprints.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough understanding of all BELFOR service lines.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee employees and subcontractors across all project phases.
• Manage projects >$1M and control scope, schedule, cost, and safety.
• Maintain documentation, progress photos, logs, and sketches for projects.
• Communicate daily with estimators and managers regarding timelines and changes.
• Supervise multiple crews and ensure quality control and safety compliance.
