BELFOR Environmental is seeking a Project Manager with a focus on restoration or construction to lead large, high-profile projects across local, regional, or national scopes. You will join BELFOR Cat teams after hurricanes and other damage events, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating with estimators and field staff.

The role emphasizes strong project management, vendor coordination, and knowledge of varied BELFOR service lines.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong project management skills.
• Ability to manage time, budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Strong communication with clients, estimators, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of BELFOR service lines.
• Manage construction track: scope, schedule, safety, quality control.
• Develop core project management capabilities for large, complex projects.
• Review daily project requirements and document progress.
• Provide field documentation, logs, graphs, and sketches for projects.
• Qualify vendors and subcontractors and manage rate/material projects.
• Oversee crews and subcontractors and ensure project timelines and budgets.
• Understand BELFOR invoicing and provide necessary documentation.
• Attend safety and operations training as required.
