Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant environments.
• Strong leadership presence with a passion for hospitality and people development.
• Proven ability to lead large teams in fast-paced operations.
• Experience managing labor, scheduling, and operational controls.
• Background in restaurants with catering and private events is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Toast and Restaurant365 (R365).
• Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house operations in a very high-volume environment.
• Drive guest experience and create a culture centered around hospitality.
• Develop, mentor, and coach hourly team members and managers.
• Write and manage labor-efficient schedules.
• Monitor labor controls, staffing levels, and operational efficiencies.
• Partner with culinary and events teams for flawless execution.
• Support private dining, catering, and large-scale events.
• Uphold service standards, systems, and operational consistency.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Maintain strong communication between FOH and BOH leadership teams.
