Eureka! Restaurants in Claremont, CA is seeking a Senior Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational support to drive business performance and guest experience. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to execute initiatives, improve effectiveness, and align with Eureka!’s culture and long-term goals.

The role leads complex projects, coaches teams, and supports continuous improvement across the organization, elevating employee and guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Food Manager certification required and TIPs certification preferred.
• Demonstrates entrepreneurial attitude and strong leadership presence.

Responsibilities

• Financial operations: forecast requirements, budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances.
• Cost control: monitor portion control, minimize waste, manage inventories.
• Litigation control: ensure compliance with ABC and all codes and lease requirements.
• Safety: maintain sanitation standards and safety procedures company-wide.
• Ambiance: manage restaurant ambiance, lighting, music, and setup.
• Continuing education: pursue opportunities to update knowledge and networks.
