R365hire is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding guest experiences and strong leadership. You will drive service quality, team development, and cost control across a high-volume dining environment, while maintaining compliance with safety and labor standards.

The role demands a hands-on leader who can manage opening/closing procedures, inventories, and vendor relationships, supporting the General Manager to achieve financial goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in restaurant management in a high-volume setting.
• Strong leadership and team-training ability.
• Deep knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with modern reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to maintain service quality and cleanliness.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, including pre-shift prep and end-of-day reconciliations.
• Hire, train, and evaluate hourly and management staff.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and address feedback.
• Manage inventories and control food, beverage, and supply costs and orders.
• Support financial objectives and budgeting with cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
