Job summary

The role demands at least 2 years of high-volume restaurant management, a Food Manager certification, and TIPs certification, with a focus on budgeting, cost control, compliance, guest experience, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management experience in high-volume restaurant.
• Food Manager certified.
• TIPs Certified.
• At least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts requirements, prepares annual budget, schedules expenditures, analyzes variances, and initiates corrective actions.
• Controls costs through portion control and inventories; minimizes waste; maintains accurate inventories.
• Ensures compliance with ABC regulations and all codes and landlord lease requirements.
• Maintains restaurant ambiance and guest experience through lighting, music, setup, and overall atmosphere.
• Leads continuing education and professional development for the team.
