Qualifications

• At least 1 year of full-service dining experience or GM-level experience in fast-casual environments.
• 1 year leading, coaching and motivating high-performing teams.
• Guest-first mindset with strong emphasis on cleanliness and guest experiences.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaborative leadership style.

Responsibilities
