BJ’s Restaurants, Inc. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee operations at a high-volume casual dining location. You will manage opening, mid, or closing shifts, hire and train staff, and ensure a Gold Standard guest experience.

• Minimum of two years full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Open / Mid-Day / Closing duties; lead and supervise restaurant team.
• Handle local restaurant marketing, sales building and community involvement.
• Coach, mentor, and discipline hourly team members; ensure gold standard service.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to ensure Gold Standard service and guest satisfaction.
