BJ’s Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, coach a proactive team, and drive exceptional guest experiences. You’ll oversee opening, mid-day, and closing shifts, uphold BJ’s Gold Standard, and help hire, train, and develop talent in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• At least one year of full-service dining experience or GM-level experience in a fast-casual environment.
• One year leading, coaching and motivating high-performing teams.
• A guest-first mindset with a strong commitment to cleanliness and exceptional experiences.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving and decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaborative leadership style.
• Dependable, self-motivated and results-driven.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Minimum 50-hour work week with five 10-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with focus on execution, efficiency, and team engagement.
• Set the tone for each shift by communicating priorities, coaching teams, and driving accountability.
• Ensure a safe, well-maintained environment for guests and team members by addressing operational needs.
• Uphold company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements with consistency and integrity.
• Support growth and development of team members through coaching, feedback, recognition, and performance management.
