You will oversee all restaurant functions across opening, mid, and closing shifts, ensuring a Gold Standard guest experience and strong team performance. The role requires at least two years of full-service, high-volume dining management with a focus on integrity, reliability and coaching for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of full-service, high-volume casual dining restaurant management experience.
• Integrity, professionalism and maturity for leadership roles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Open/Mid/Close shifts and manage all restaurant functions.
• Hire, supervise and train restaurant team members to deliver Gold Standard service.
• Oversee safety, sanitation and daily prep production; monitor inventory and orders.
• Lead local marketing, community involvement and risk audits; ensure policy compliance.
