P.F. Chang’s in Michigan is hiring immediately for a full-time Senior Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations in accordance with company procedures and the direction of the Operating Partner.

This is a salaried, management-level role with a strong focus on guest experience and team leadership. The position requires 3+ years in restaurant management, excellent communication, and the ability to train and motivate hourly staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management.
• Strong communication skills to resolve conflicts and direct teams.
• Experience mentoring hourly team members.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Valid driver’s license for occasional duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and facilitates training of Hospitality Team Members.
• Develops schedules for all Hospitality Team members.
• Holds pre-shift meetings to provide daily focus for staff.
• Ensures dress code standards and state safety guidelines.
• Manages inventory and controllable expenses for the area.
