P.F. Chang's is hiring immediately for a full-time Senior Restaurant Manager roles. The Senior Restaurant Manager will lead and execute all front-of-house functions in line with established procedures and under the direction of the Operating Partner.

The role emphasizes front-of-house leadership, staff development, scheduling, safety compliance, and delivering exceptional guest service while optimizing costs and maintaining brand standards. This is a salaried, full-time position based in Tulsa.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for occasional duties.
• Hands-on, fast-paced, high-volume environment experience.
• Experience mentoring and training hourly team members.
• Strong communication skills to lead teams and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and facilitates training of all Hospitality Team Members.
• Articulates clearly to team members, other management, and guests.
• Develops schedules for all Hospitality Team members.
• Holds pre-shift meetings for daily focus and direction.
• Ensures adherence to dress code standards for FOH staff.
• Ensures compliance with state safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Supports inventory execution and cost controls.
• Manages check-outs for Hospitality staff and cleanliness standards.
• Addresses guest service issues professionally and compassionately.
• Lives the company values in all aspects of the role.
