P.F. Chang's in Michigan is seeking a Senior Front-of-House Leader to oversee operations as a Senior Restaurant Manager or related role, guiding service standards and guest experiences in line with company procedures.

The role requires 3+ years in restaurant management, hands-on, high-volume experience, and a proven record of mentoring hourly staff. A valid driver’s license may be needed for occasional duties, with opportunities for internal development and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for occasional duties.
• Experience working in hands-on, fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Experience mentoring and training hourly team members.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction to teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and facilitates training of Hospitality Team Members.
• Articulates clearly to team members, other management, and guests.
• Develops schedules for Hospitality Team members.
• Holds pre-shift meetings to provide daily focus and direction.
• Ensures dress code standards are followed by front-of-house staff.
• Ensures compliance with state safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Supports inventory execution.
• Manages controllable expenses for the area of responsibility.
• Ensures timely check-outs for Hospitality staff.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment for team members and guests.
• Handles guest service issues professionally and with compassion.
