Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a high-volume restaurant with annual net sales exceeding $6 million.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team while upholding high standards of service.
• In-depth knowledge of culinary practices with a focus on scratch cooking.
• Strong expertise in bar operations, including extensive wine knowledge.
• Demonstrated commitment to growth and excellence, with a solid tenure in previous roles.
