BJ’s Restaurants, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead operations at our on-site location. You will oversee all restaurant functions during opening, mid, or closing shifts, hire and train staff, and ensure a Gold Standard guest experience.

The role emphasizes accountability, leadership development, and a commitment to great food and service. The position offers a lucrative compensation package ($65,000–$75,000/year) with quarterly bonus potential, benefits, paid vacation, and relocation

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years full service, high volume, casual dining restaurant management experience.
• High personal integrity, professionalism and maturity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage all restaurant functions during opening, mid, or closing shifts.
• Hire, train, supervise, and develop restaurant team members.
• Ensure a Gold Standard guest experience and 100% policy compliance.
• Oversee food and beverage execution, safety, and sanitation.
• Coach and discipline hourly team members and manage guest relations.
