Qualifications

• Two years of full-service, high-volume casual dining restaurant management experience.
• High personal integrity, professionalism and maturity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship and performance management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and solid writing/documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during opening, mid, or closing shifts.
• Hire, manage, supervise, and train restaurant team members.
• Ensure a Gold Standard guest experience and policy compliance.
• Conduct daily team briefings and oversee maintenance issues.
• Oversee local marketing, sales growth, and community involvement.
• Coach and develop hourly staff; recognize top performers.
• Ensure guest relations and guest recovery are handled effectively.
• Manage inventory, safety, sanitation, and quality control.
