Job summary

BJ’s Restaurants, Inc. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all restaurant functions during opening, mid, or closing shifts and to lead the team to deliver a Gold Standard guest experience.

The role requires at least two years of high-volume casual dining management, strong leadership, and excellent interpersonal and writing skills. This exempt position offers a lucrative compensation package with relocation opportunities and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of full-service, high-volume casual dining restaurant management experience.
• High personal integrity, professionalism and maturity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid relationship management and performance management skills.
• Motivate and direct team members and work effectively in a management team.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with strong listening and questioning abilities.
• Strong writing and documentation skills.

• Ability to stand and walk 8–10 hours; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage all restaurant functions during opening, mid, or closing shifts.
• Hire, supervise, train, and develop restaurant team members; ensure Gold Standard guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws; exercise independent judgment on matters of consequence.
