Water Grill is seeking a Senior Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and partner with the kitchen to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will coach your crew, manage daily service, and ensure adherence to standards while driving hospitality excellence.

Joining Water Grill offers a competitive salary of $80,000–$95,000 plus a realized bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within a stable operator.

Competenze

• Four years of experience as a Manager in any industry.
• Two years of experience as a Manager in full service, high volume, restaurant.
• College degree in business or hotel and restaurant management preferred.
• Flexible schedule required—nights, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Oversees daily operations from ordering, purchasing, receiving, storage, and preparation to guest relations and service standards.
• Oversees flow of business during dining hours; active in front desk, bar/lounge, kitchen, and main dining room.
• Responsible for financial operations: cash handling, invoices, vendor calls, and account reconciliation.
• Responsible for all human resources related to the crew.
• Forecasts product needs based on inventory counts.
• Writes schedules for at least one workgroup (Server, Bartender, Host, Busser, supervisors).
• Participates in developing incentive programs and driving sales and marketing services.
• Ensures all food products meet recipe specifications for quality.
• Recognizes crewmembers and coaches them.
• Makes labor decisions each shift.
• Participates in interviews and selection of new crew.
