Responsibilities

• Foster a positive store environment and morale.
• Lead by example; manage team performance and provide coaching.
• Provide new hire and ongoing training for Team Members.
• Complete necessary logs and paperwork.
• Staff to ensure prompt, friendly customer service.
• Check food quality and temperature to ensure safety.
• Ensure equipment operates properly and is maintained.
• Process returns and refunds and resolve complaints.
• Prepare and package signature items accurately per recipes and guidelines.
• Follow safety, food handling and sanitation standards.
• Help clean and sanitize all areas of the restaurant.
• Monitor inventory and restock as needed.
• Manage costs to maximize profitability.
• Execute new product rollouts including training and marketing.
