Job summary

Dave & Buster's Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager in Bellevue, WA to lead strategic initiatives across front-of-house or back-of-house operations under the General Manager. You will drive performance, supervise teams, and oversee budgets while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

You must excel in a fast-paced setting, manage labor and COGS, and sustain a culture of FUN and high staff morale through effective delegation and coaching. Weekend, night, and holiday work are required.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age and 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
• Strong business acumen and organizational leadership.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Willingness to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distractions.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive team member relations and delegate managerial duties.
• Analyze financial reports and develop plans to grow revenue and control costs.

THE SENIOR MANAGER: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results for selected front-of-house or back-of-house areas under the guidance of the General Manager.

Requirements:
