Dave & Buster's Inc. is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager to lead our fast-paced restaurant/entertainment team and uphold high guest experience standards.

You will develop hourly team members, coach staff, and drive proactive leadership across recruiting, hiring, training, and professional development. Collaborate with the management team to deliver timely, high-quality results in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• True leadership capabilities
• The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

Job Description:

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER

: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

Requirements:
