Dave & Buster's Inc. is seeking an Restaurant/Operations Manager to provide leadership, oversee strategic initiatives, and uphold operating standards to drive business results and guest satisfaction.

The role requires managing a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment environment, weekend and holiday availability, and strong leadership to motivate a team and deliver memorable guest experiences.

Formación

• 21+ years of age
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• True leadership capabilities
• The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER

provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.
