Dave & Buster's Inc./Main Event Entertainment is seeking an Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards that drive business results and elevate guest experiences.

The role requires leading a fast-paced team in a multi-faceted restaurant/entertainment environment, with emphasis on staff development, recruiting, coaching, and delivering memorable guest interactions.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• True leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

• Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest’s expectations.
• Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions.

Job Description

The Restaurant & Operations Manager

provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
