Dave & Buster's Inc. is seeking a seasoned Restaurant & Operations Manager to lead our fast-paced, multi-brand venue in Maple Grove. You will drive guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and high-energy team performance in a dynamic entertainment-focused environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, hospitality know-how, and a track record of managing COGS and labor. The role involves weekends, nights, and holidays, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the network.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• True leadership capabilities.
• The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER

provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.
