Job summary

EPA HVAC/R Type 1 and Type 2 certification is required, with 3+ years in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical repair, carpentry or plumbing.

Qualifications

• EPA HVAC/R Type 1 and Type 2 certification is required.
• Technical certification is preferred.
• Legal licensing may be required in some locations.
• 3+ years experience in HVAC, refrigeration and general maintenance/repair work.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance service, emergency repair, and cosmetic repair on restaurant equipment and property.
• Assists in installation and modification of equipment for special projects.
• Monitors outside contract work and coordinates communication between parties.
• Inspects assigned restaurants and reports equipment and property status.
• Provides training to store management on equipment care and maintenance schedules.
• Maintains records and reports, including invoices, logs and purchase orders.
