Job summary

Cotti Foods Maintenance Inc. seeks an HVAC-R technician to maintain and repair restaurant equipment across Wendy's and Taco Bell locations. You will handle electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, and HVAC systems while coordinating with site management.

You must have strong mechanical and electrical skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read schematics. Expect field travel, flexible shifts, and a focus on minimizing restaurant downtime.

Qualifications

• 2 years of equipment repair experience; service/kitchen equipment preferred.
• EPA Type II License preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Accredited technical/vocational schooling preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• CFESA or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a work schedule to minimize impact on operations.
• Estimate time and cost of repairs and equipment.
• Inspect and diagnose malfunctions in restaurant equipment.
• Prioritize and complete repairs promptly.
• Repair and perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Respond to emergency service calls.
• Implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by the company.
