Job summary

Carlisle Corporation is seeking Senior Maintenance Technicians in Memphis, TN, to perform routine preventive maintenance and repair on restaurant equipment and building systems. You will train store management on equipment care and maintain maintenance and warranty records.

The role requires EPA HVAC/R Type 1 & 2 certification and 3+ years of related experience, with on-call availability and occasional overtime. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting multiple stores.

Qualifications

• In-depth HVAC/R knowledge and ability to repair and maintain restaurant equipment and building systems.
• EPA HVAC/R Type 1 and Type 2 certification required; technical certification preferred.
• 3+ years directly related HVAC, refrigeration and general maintenance/repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on restaurant equipment and property.
• Assist installations and modifications of equipment for special projects.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and ensure proper communication and scheduling.
