Job summary

Wendy's is hiring a maintenance technician to perform daily repairs and preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment and property in Wendy's locations. The role requires on-call rotations, potential overtime, and ability to work in extreme weather conditions.

You will use My TechConnect to manage work orders and uphold safety standards. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, 1–3 years in maintenance, and EPA Type I & II certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Certification Type I and II required.
• 1–3 years in general maintenance/repair work or equivalent.
• Technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Reactive maintenance: perform repairs identified via work orders.
• Preventative maintenance: perform PM tasks and create necessary work orders.
• Use My TechConnect to manage work orders and track status.
• Participate in Individual Development Planning and safety training.
