Job summary

Wendy's is seeking a Field Maintenance Technician to perform daily repairs and preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment and property. You will work across Wendy’s locations, with on-call rotations and potential overtime, ensuring timely completion of PM tasks and proper use of My TechConnect.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in maintenance, EPA Type I/II certification, and the ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varied climates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Certification Type I and II required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance/repair experience or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders up to 30 ft, and work in extreme climates.

Responsibilities

• Perform reactive maintenance on restaurant equipment and property as per work orders in My TechConnect.
• Perform preventative maintenance per PM work orders and create new work orders for needed repairs.
• Manage work orders and inventory, ensure warranty processes, and report equipment status for capital planning.
• Participate in safety training and stay current with industry standards.
