P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring a Senior Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and execute company standards across our dining rooms. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, team leadership, and procedural discipline in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will coach staff, manage schedules, uphold safety and sanitation guidelines, and drive performance through training, budgeting, and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Proven ability to coach and develop hourly staff
• Excellent communication and guest-relations abilities

Responsibilities

• Supervises and facilitates training of all Hospitality Team Members
• Develops schedules for all Hospitality Team members
• Holds pre-shift meetings to provide daily focus and direction for staff
• Holds front-of-house staff accountable for dress code and safety standards
• Manages inventory and controllable expenses for their area
• Ensures a clean and safe environment for Team Members and Guests
• Handles Guest Service issues professionally and with compassion
