Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, finance, hospitality or hotel/restaurant management.
• 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management with P&L accountability; national chain preferred.
• Completion of Apple II Management training.
• Experience implementing company policies and driving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations to ensure prompt, friendly service and adherence to company guidelines.
• Lead and develop management and TEAM Members; manage staffing and training.
• Maintain controls over assets, budgets and compliance with laws and company policies.
• Foster a guest-obsessed culture and ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with Area Director and other leaders to drive performance and improvements.
