Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc. is seeking a Senior Responsible AI & Governance Technical Specialist to shape ethical, safe AI in PlayStation products. The role spans governance design, risk assessment, and collaboration with engineering, product, security, and legal teams.

Ideal candidates have deep experience in Responsible AI, AI safety, and policy, with hands-on work on agentic AI systems and regulatory alignment. This is a strategic, cross-functional technical leadership opportunity.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in AI Governance, Responsible AI, Corporate Governance, AI safety, or related field.
• At minimum, 5 years leading cross-functional programs from strategy to implementation.
• Strong technical fluency in modern AI systems (LLMs, agentic architectures, APIs).
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI systems; MCP or similar frameworks preferred.
• Experience with AI red teaming or adversarial testing.
• Ability to translate technical findings into practical controls and guidance.
• Analytical, communicative, and capable of navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to long-term strategies for safe, ethical AI products and tools.
• Advise as a technical Responsible AI advisor for generative/agentic systems.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders on AI Governance considerations.
• Use governance tooling to identify risks and remediation approaches.
• Experiment with agents, MCP servers, tools, APIs to assess risks.
• Sit on domain boards as a technical specialist with Product/Engineering.
• Conduct ethical and safety risk assessments and mitigation guidance.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, safety and legal teams.
• Align governance reviews with security requirements and controls.
• Help develop company-wide Responsible AI practices and literacy.
