Job summary

Viatris in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Senior Professional Sales Representative, Respiratory to drive growth across The Woodlands area, including Conroe, Tomball, Bryan, College Station and surrounding communities.

You will develop territory plans, deliver quality product presentations to physicians and pharmacists, hit quarterly sales targets, and build strong relationships while adhering to ethical and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree required.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred; minimum 1 year.
• Proven history of successful performance.
• Demonstrated business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills.
• Demonstrated leadership.
• Meets expectations for key competencies.
• Ability to travel.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develops a business plan for the assigned territory aligned with Viatris sales plans and objectives.
• Conducts quality sales presentations to targeted customers.
• Achieves quarterly sales goals within the territory while adhering to ethical practices and regulations.
• Understands and demonstrates targeting principles.
• Develops pre-call planning strategy for key targets.
• Develops relationships with peers, customers, and managers.
• Ensures high levels of call and field productivity.
• Gathers information from offices, pharmacists, and others to tailor strategies.
• Leverages sample programs and literature to boost physician awareness of Viatris products.
• Differentiates products from competitors and handles issues confidentially.
• Continuously learns and develops product knowledge.
