Job summary

Mercy Health's Kings Mills Hospital is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner II to deliver comprehensive respiratory care through assessment, planning, intervention, education, and evaluation. You will monitor responses to therapy, adjust plans as needed, and collaborate with physicians and staff to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree related to Respiratory Therapy (preferred), current state license, NBRC credentialing, and BLS/ACLS/PALS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field preferred.
• Two years of experience as a Respiratory Care Professional required.
• Current Respiratory Care license and NBRC credentialed; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Assist with procedures (bronchoscopy support, tracheostomy care, ventilator management).
• Mentor new team members and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
