Job summary

Mercy Health in Tiffin, OH is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner II to provide comprehensive respiratory care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and education. You will work as part of a patient‑centered team to deliver therapies and monitor responses.

The role requires current RRT credential, Ohio license, ACLS, PALS, NBRC credentials, and the ability to serve as preceptor. EPIC EHR experience and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current respiratory care license in Ohio.
• NBRC credentialed.
• Two years of experience as a Respiratory Care Professional.

Responsibilities

• May serve as shift charge therapist, ensuring staffing coverage.
• Perform CPR and airway management per ACLS protocol.
• Set up and monitor oxygen therapy and ventilator care.
• Educate patients and families on therapies and goals.
• Maintain equipment and complete accurate documentation.
