Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking a Resource Manager to ensure proper staffing for the RCOH group and liaison with HR and Talent Acquisition. You will manage personnel data, schedule interviews, and support onboarding and training processes.

Responsibilities include maintaining the personnel matrix, coordinating timesheets and safety training, and aligning staffing with project needs. Strong communication and organization are essential for success in this senior role.

Qualifications

• 4 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 2 years with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years relevant progressive experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in personnel coordination, staffing, HR support, or operations support in manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn HR/timekeeping systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Liaise between RCOH management, HR, and Talent Acquisition for staffing.
• Schedule interviews for the RCOH group and compose job requisitions.
• Maintain the RCOH Personnel Matrix and training records.
• Coordinate training needs and onboarding, including safety and network access.
• Track timesheets, attendance, and provide onboarding support.
• Coordinate with other operations groups to share personnel as needed.
