Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking an experienced performance and resiliency tester to design and execute load, stress, and endurance tests across complex systems. You will troubleshoot bottlenecks, perform root-cause analysis, and drive optimization using tools like Dynatrace, Gremlin, and NeoLoad.

Experience with CI/CD integration and healthcare industry exposure is a plus. The role emphasizes SRE concepts, high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and hands-on monitoring across UI, app, DB,

Qualifications

6–10 years of experience in performance and resiliency testing.
Design and execute load, stress, endurance, capacity tests with listed tools.
Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and perform root-cause analysis.
Experience with resiliency/chaos engineering using multiple tools.
SRE/HA/DR concepts and disaster recovery testing understanding.
Hands-on with various application performance monitoring tools.
Healthcare domain experience is a value-add.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and run load, scalability, and capacity tests.
Identify bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations.
Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
Troubleshoot and analyze failures across UI, app, DB, and network layers.
Apply chaos engineering to validate system resilience and recoverability.
